Which size should I choose?
Use the size system shown on the product. If you choose Custom Size, enter all four measurements and select cm or inches. You can also include an explicit unit with each measurement.
Will my dress arrive before my event?
Before ordering, send our team the product link, destination and event date. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; allow extra time for holidays, customs and carrier delays.
How do account coupons work?
Choose an available account coupon in your cart, or save it for another order. Only one account coupon can apply per order. Discount codes remain available separately.
What does the welcome gift include?
The welcome gift is a bundle of separate account coupons, not a single discount. Minimum spends and expiry dates apply; after registering, review your coupons in My Coupons. One account coupon per order; cannot be combined with a discount code.
Can I save sizes for someone else?
Keep separate size profiles for yourself and others in your account. Review the selected profile and measurements on the product before adding it to your cart.
Which payment methods can I use?
Available payment methods and the final order total are shown at checkout. Check your currency, delivery address and selected options before paying.
